The City of Seattle has now posted very detailed MHA maps where you can find out the specifics of proposed MHA rezoning right down to the effect on each specific parcel in the city.

The link leads you first to a short video presentation giving an overview, and then to several maps.

  • Map 1 --where and why these changes?
  • Map 2 --the benefits of the changes
  • Map 3 --changes proposed for specific blocks with current and proposed zoning and affordability requirements
  • Map 4 --for any parcel or address, a pop-up window will tell you the parcel number, current and proposed zoning, applicable MHA requirements, and more.
