New Art Coming to Fremont

Preston Singletary and David Franklin were chosen to create artwork on the Fremont and Queen Anne sides of the Ship Canal as part of the Ship Canal Water Quality Project. Now Singletary and his work are featured at the Smithsonian. Here’s an artist’s rendering of the art that will be installed on the path beside the canal.
