Seattle is offering arts money to put art in Seattle Parks.  http://www.seattle.gov/arts/put-the-arts-in-parks What could Fremont do at Ernst Park or Canal Park or around the Troll? Sing in the sunset at Peak Park?Got some ideas? Want to work on such a project? Poetry in the park? A rockin' Troll? Musician stroll along the water?Email us...
