What’s New in Fremont: May 25th Agenda

Changes in Fremont: Pedestrian Safety Improvements and a New Building.

One of the big asks we frequently hear from neighbors is how to feel safer crossing busy streets. SDOT will be here to discuss the Stone Way N Safety Improvements highlighting new features such as flashing beacons, marked crosswalks, pedestrian islands and intersection visibility improvements.

New Development: New building projects are always of interest! The Holland Partner Group will be here to show the proposal for a new mixed-use building on 36th between Dayton and Francis (the former Ballroom, Roxy’s, Norm’s and Cafe Ladro site).

Agenda (meeting officially starts at 7pm)

  • 6:15-6:45 | Business meeting. This meeting is for the FNC Board to discuss business items plan, and set up. Everyone is welcome to join, especially if you’re curious about joining the board!
