Come to the 2026 Candidate Forum! This year we will hear from 43rd Legislative District candidates. Incumbent Senator Jamie Pedersen and challenger Hannah Sabio-Howell will be with us, as will incumbent Representative Nicole Macri for 43rd District Position 1. We will have discussions regarding their legislative priorities and issues such as state budget, affordability and transportation safety. There will be time for audience questions after. Don’t miss out on this relaxed and engaging evening - come ready to learn and connect with your community!

Agenda (meeting officially starts at 7pm)

  • 6:15-6:45 | Business meeting. This meeting is for the FNC Board to discuss business items plan, and set up. Everyone is welcome to join, especially if you’re curious about joining the board! Possible topics: Meeting position assignments, Reconnecting Fremont endorsement, Best Day Ever activities and volunteers, other topics.

  • 7:00-7:10 | Opening, land acknowledgement, and who is FNC

  • 7:10-7:15 | Meet your Neighbor Icebreaker

  • 7:15-8:20 | Candidate Forum

  • 8:20-8:30 | Community Announcements

  • 8:30-8:45 | Clean-up and community mingle
